Dartman's Advent Calendar 2010: Day 13

'Tis the season for football teams to sing Christmas carols. At least it was the season for The Dallas Cowboys to sing back in 1986. For whatever reason, the owner of the Cowboys at that time decided it would be a great thing if his team recorded an album of their Christmas favorites. Sports fans all over the world thought it was a bad idea but people like me thought it was perfect! Here from that ill-conceived album is the Dallas Cowboys singing, "We Wish You A Merry Christmas". Enjoy!

There's also their version of "Twelve Days of Christmas," each verse of which ends with "...(and) a new hat for Coach Landry."

They sing about as well as I play football.
