Found this on YouTube! It's "THE THREE STOOGES SCRAPBOOK", the rarely seen television pilot. This is NOT the complete pilot. The series went unsold and was broken into two parts and released as theatrical short-subjects. This is the first of the two short versions. A huge token of appreciation to the uploader, 2reeler!
