In keeping with the tv stars that sing theme, I bring you 1978's "Kristy and Jimmy McNichol". Not as bad as the Scott Baio album, this album boasts more of a funky diso edge to it. Believe it or not, it actually spawned a hit with their cover of "He's So Fine" which is one of the highlights of the album. Also included are a bunch of pics from the album's promotional campaign and a copy of the groovy clothing line order form that came with the record! Rock on with your bad selves!

I still have their 45 and album, but for some reason I am way too excited about being able to burn this to cd.
ReplyDeleteLove the Scott Baio album too. The poor kid can't carry a tune to save his life. I have a couple of his singles, but was too embarrassed to buy the lp.
Love the weird records, especially this type of stuff. Keep up the great work.
Hi!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Chris. I'm not sure if I should be happy that I have this album, but I am! Thanks again and like Chris said, keep up the great work!!
THANKS SO MUCH I HAVE WANTED THIS FOR YEARS!
